On November 18, 2021, director Karan Johar posted the first image of Yodha to Instagram. In the opening shot, Sidharth Malhotra is holding a pistol and seems ready for action. The first-look background’s depiction of a jet heightens the suspense of the movie. The film will now be released in December 2023 after several postponements.

The directors of the action thriller Yodha are Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. Along with Sammy Jonas Heaney, Sharik Khan, and several more actors in supporting parts, the film stars Sidharth Malhotra, Raashi Khanna, and Disha Patani in the key roles. Jishnu Bhattacharjee handled the film’s cinematography, and Aarif Sheikh edited it. The music was performed by Shantanu Moitra, Sunny Bawra, and Inder Bawra, while the Bgm was composed by John Stewart Eduri. Under the auspices of Dharma Productions and Mentor Disciple Films, Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Shashank Khaitan produced the movie.

Yodha depicts the plot of troops trying to save the passengers after a terrorist hijacked the plane, but the situation for both the soldiers and the passengers got considerably worse when the plane’s engine was disabled.
